2. Share: Share our website tell your friends to enter your registered name by clicking “Been referred by a friend?” underneath the promotion code box.
3. Reward: When your friend successfully makes their first booking, you will receive an email with a reward to use on your next booking sesion.

By registering for the Refer-a-Friend scheme, you can give your friends a reward, which is a discount off their first booking on the Daisy'D website. When your friend successfully makes their first booking, you will receive an email with a reward for your next booking sesion.

How do I start referring friends?

After registering, you can share your personalised referral link via email, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or by copying and pasting it. You may also refer friends by word of mouth by asking them to enter your registered name on the booking form. For your friend to receive their reward, your name must be entered correctly at the time of booking.

Why is the friend I referred showing as “not eligible”?

To be eligible for the reward, your friend must be a new customer. If your friend has shopped with us before online, they will not be eligible for the reward.

I have been referred by a friend. How do I get my reward?

On the booking form page, enter your friend’s name in the “Been referred by a friend?” field . Please make sure the name matches their registered details so we can identify them correctly.
Please note, to be eligible for the reward, you must be a new customer and booking on  our website for the first time.

To qualify for the referral program:

• The referred friend must be a new customer with no prior history with us.
 • The referred friend must use the referrer’s unique name or code during registration.
 • Both the referrer and the referred friend must comply with any specific actions required, such as making a booking within the specified time frame.

Are there any limits on referral rewards?

A Referrer may not earn more than 5 within any 24 hour period or 25 within last 12 months  A Referrer should not expect their Referred Friends to be given rewards automatically if they are referring more frequently than 10 friends within any 24 hour period. Rewards will be delivered to the Referrer on the day of the Referred Friend's booking provided the Referred Friend's booking is not cancelled.

 • The offer applies only to regular cleaning service.
 • Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
 • Daisy'D reserves the right to refuse to issue any reward to any referred friend or referrer at any time.
 • Daisy'D reserves the right to modify any and all aspects of this offer at any time without notice.
